Track Your Order

You can track your Movely order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Orders generally require 3–7 business days for processing.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking becomes available, we will send you an email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking data may take several business days to appear after dispatch.

TRACKING IS NOT UPDATING

International parcels may not receive a scan at every stage of transportation. Updates can pause while a parcel:

• Travels between countries;
• Goes through customs;
• Transfers between international and local carriers;
• Waits for processing at a distribution facility.
• This does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
